A mare and a Loner

Plot-
Apache pricked her ears. She could hear the sounds of many horses grazing. The familiar clipping of their teeth comforted her. She neighed happily and made her way towards the sounds. Soon she saw a herd gathered, with a great big stallion named _______ watching over them all. She made a big show of herself, trotting back and forth with her smooth trot, flicking her tail and tossing her mane elegantly. _________ noticed her and approached her. He ran at her and he strike at her neck. She backed up she turned and trotted off over to the tree. She wondered if she would remain a lone horse forever.
