Checking it out...

As soon as Rose slipped through the barn doors and smelt the hay and horses she smiled. Giving herself a moment to take in the bright airy wooden barn, she slowly made her way down the aisle, softly patting any curious heads that hung out the stall.
Taking in the roomy stalls and cleanliness of the place she checked out the feed store and tack room. Catching her reflection in the mirror she sighed, feeling glad she hadn't met anyone so far- she knew she should've straightened her hair this morning! She quickly fixed the wavy strands and tried to tame her side fringe but gave up, she was at a barn, not walking down a catwalk as her old instructor used to say.
She strode to the other end of the barn and towards the last room, what looked like the office. Hoping to find someone here she tapped on the door, waiting for a reply...

Slipping out of a stall that she was cleaning out, Georgie saw someone stood outside the office.
'Hello?' she calls, feeling a bit silly.

Rose turned when she heard the voice, relieved she wasn't the only one there.
'Hey' she replied, walking toward the girl. 'I'm just checking the barn out, I might be keeping my horse here. I'm Rose by the way' she said with a friendly smile.

Flicking her hair back from her face, Georgie returned the smile.
'Hey I'm Georgie I think i'm keeping my horse here too, but I don't know where yet' She addmitted pointing to all the different stalls.

'Yeah, this place is pretty big' Rose replied.
'Do you know where the manager or something is?'

'No idea' she sighed flicking her hair back over her shoulder.
'So are you keeping your horse here?' she asked looking around at the many stalls.

'Well I was just checking it out, but it looks lovely. I was just looking for the manager to ask if I could board Dancer here' Rose replied.

"Hi, are you two keeping your horses here?" Jessie called to two girls standing in the walkway. "My name's Jessie, or Jess, what are your names?"
